My Story
My interest in psychology and human performance began early, leading me to study Psychology at university and build a 20-year career focused on how people think, feel, and perform. Today, I specialise in helping ambitious women achieve sustainable high performance through a centred and psychologically grounded approach.
I am a Chartered Psychologist, an accredited Life and Health Coach, a certified NLP practitioner, and currently completing a PhD in Performance Psychology, exploring what enables high-performing women to thrive across demanding environments.
My transition into coaching emerged during a period of chronic stress and misalignment. Balancing motherhood, leadership roles, and a full teaching career pushed me to reassess the way I was living and to pursue a path that aligned more closely with my values. That experience continues to shape the compassion, insight, and realism I bring to my work.
In recent years, I’ve supported women who are achieving outward success yet struggling internally, leaders, athletes, business owners, and professionals who feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the level of performance they expect of themselves.
